OLI adopts its new Code of Ethics: an important step for the entire Group
OLI has officially adopted its Code of Ethics, approved by the Board of Directors on June 17, 2025.
The Code of Ethics is a key reference point for everyone in the OLI Group – both in Italy and across all subsidiaries worldwide – as it defines the principles of conduct, values, and responsibilities that guide our daily work.
With this document, OLI strengthens its commitment to:

OLI’s identity and values
OLI is a world leader in industrial vibration technology. With three manufacturing plants and a growing number of sales subsidiaries, OLI’s goal is to provide added value to its customers worldwide.
Our business strategy is based on efficient teamwork and a strong international presence, with manufacturing plants and subsidiaries located around the globe. At the company’s beating heart in Modena, Italy, products are developed, and international branches are coordinated. Thanks to advanced planning, OLI ensures that customers can have products readily available virtually anywhere in the world.
In carrying out its activities, OLI considers it essential to clearly outline the values and principles it recognizes, accepts, and shares, as well as the framework of rights and duties that define the ethical and social responsibility of every participant in the organization.
The adoption of the Code of Ethics is therefore central to the proper conduct of business activities, to achieving OLI’s goals, and to protecting the legitimate interests of all stakeholders.
Scope and recipients
The Code of Ethics applies to OLI S.p.A. and all its international sales subsidiaries. It is addressed to:

corporate bodies and their members,

all employees (including managers),
-
temporary workers and agents.
In addition, OLI requires suppliers, consultants, business partners, and external collaborators to adhere to the ethical principles set out in the Code.
Recipients, in carrying out their activities both in Italy and abroad, are expected to adopt the Code’s principles — embracing impartiality, fairness, legality, diligence, and efficiency — and to act with cooperation to preserve the integrity of OLI’s assets and safeguard its reputation and image.
